The food was delicious also extremely hygienic and healthy.The service was top-notch, thanks to Mr. Nayak, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. He was attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful.I would highly recommend puri greens to anyone looking for a great staycation and dining experience. The quality of food, combined with the excellent service, makes it a must-visit destination.Keep up the fantastic work, Mr. Nayak and team!"
Pros:1) If you are family or friends of group 5 to 6, this could be your one stop Apart hotel 🏨 where you all can easily accommodate. They have 1 big hall, 1 medium room and 1 small room.2) Well placed near beach apprx 1km. Beneficial for those who wants to stay closer to beach as well as temple.3) Manager was mannered and behaved, helped us on call before check in.4) Well connected by road and they have parking spot as well.Cons:1) Don't expect this hotel to be Botique kind, its though not a con but I kept it here for better clarification.2) Don't expect complimentary breakfast to be of top class. They will serve Upma, poori ghugni or Idli as per their schedule.In a nutshell I felt this hotel as one the best hotel for big group of people at budget price.
After conducting research, I selected “Hotel Puri Greens” I was highly impressed with its clean & comfortable rooms & additional facilities.The food was so delicious & the service was really great, tooThe staff were incredibly welcoming & helpful throughout our stay😊 SpeciallyMr.Nayak he has my heart❤️ Such a wonderful person who always has a smile on his face😊 custmors oriented & very polite.I highly recommend to visit once & I can assure u that u will never regret.
I have booked 2 rooms from this hotel. This hotel is at walkable distance from the temple & a budget friendly hotel. The hotel experience is really good. Staff is very much helpful & kind. I forgot one of my item in room & checked out. After 15 mins I got a call from Staff person at reception Mr.Nayak regarding it & I could able to collect it. Thanks Nayak for the help & calling back.
HorribleEdit: Since the hotel asked me what went wrong.I was at the hotel in November. The room induced claustrophobia with its close walls. The staff was just not in the mood to help at all. Especially the people at the front desk. The hotel was very difficult to find. For a room that is hardly 100 sqft, it is priced quite high.Parking was good, though.The place is slightly shady. The online ratings do not reflect on the hotel
Although the property of Hotel Puri Greens is conveniently located it is virtually an apartment building turned into a hotel. During check-in, they demanded more money as taxes from us than shown in our original reservation (which was inclusive of all taxes) - a very unprofessional ploy to extract more money from the guests. The hotel is understaffed with no people in the reception or attend to the needs of the guests most of the time. The rooms are not clean including the linens which are also old and torn in many places. Bathrooms are without exhausts. Moreover, they don't provide towels or basic toiletries like body wash or shampoo that any decent hotel provides. There are no permanent housekeeping staff, only local sweepers who are deployed to clean the rooms. The room tariffs are also high when one considers the below-average facilities provided by this hotel. Overall, not recommended for people looking for a 'good hotel' in Puri.
Hotel Puri greens surpassed my expectations with its tranquil location, welcoming staff, and impeccably clean, well-equipped rooms. The diverse menu at the on-site restaurant and eco-friendly practices added to the overall appeal. The attentive service and excellent amenities, including a gym and pool, made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
PROS:1. Location - close to railway station, Sri Jagannath temple and Golden beach.2. Hospitality - all staffs are polite and hardworking.3. Food - Healthy and hygienic food.CONS:Slow service - had to ask multiple times for water, cleaning and towels.Overall, budget-friendly hotel with good value.
Good locationGood rooms for familyGood home cooked food both chefs are expert and all hygiene is maintainedTipu the manager is good host and polite he explained everything to is as we are first time travellers.Bisbajeet caretaker is good and he took good care of kids.Hotel have their own travels they gave good services for private car hire.
